I highly advice enchanting your bow as the huntress. Make the exotic version of the SoU.

The ones I find more useful are

Blazing, gives a nice offensive boost as the bonus damage that deals to enemies already on flames.

Elastic, prevents enemies from ever reaching you, plus, you can push them into traps or chasms

Chill, lesser then the two above but it's nice for stalling monster while they get close to you

I had a run with a ring of haste +8 and decided to take the challenge. I forgot that the amulet curse slows you down rendering the ring completely useless.

So thanks for sharing your strategy, I'll see if I can get lucky to give it a try

I always go for the chest during early game when decent equipment is often needed, at that point most consumables are unidentified and a riskier bet, also there's a more limited space in the inventory

Yes, I'm aware, but I don't se to explore and clean the entire floor before activating it's quest. So I was in a position when I could talk to it and escape but now the quests monster is now roaming free when I'm already outnumbered.

Here in Mexico (Spanish) is known as Bombón. A quick Google search says that apparently comes from the repetition of the french word 'bon'

It is worth to mention that, despite most of the countries in Latin America speak Spanish, things have different names in different countries, even if it's the same language.
