Are the Freya plunges actually a cup size too big? People on ABTF said it runs large but since the Freya offbeat had these weird wide wires on me I haven't tried them again. Even trying the half-cups seems daunting since some women said they were still too big??? But yeah, I hate bra sizing. At least it should be more descriptive beyond just a cup and band size.

Panache is the best ❤️ I have to buy them online and don't always get the color I want but it is progress and a lifesaver right now.

Well yes, I suppose a man who hasn't had top surgery yet would struggle with bra sizing but I figure the women here would have similar struggles with bra sizing. I would like to edit this comic to be about bras specifically but I do not have the time and skills.

I agree! I was wanting a woman-oriented instance that could host things like ABTF. If I went with piefed it would help with voting being available to subscribers, but I would also like a way to have it hidden from /all. I would like to get it up and running but we'll see.

Even when I tried Victoria's Secret, they never had pretty/sexy colors/styles in my "size" (they sized me incorrectly, too small at 34DDD). Even the calculator got me wrong and told me 34FF/F (too big). I ended up being 36E in Panache in certain styles. They are expensive, but I've been ordering it online at places that accepts returns to try on, then buy cheaper on places like ebay. I was also a 34G in Chantelle. Have you tried Polish bras? I think they are much more expensive but people on that sub were always bringing up Ewa Michalak. I haven't tried it since I've found some consistency in Panache.

I hate hand-washing btw, I usually throw them in a washing machine with a lingerie bag and air dry them but recently tried hand-washing and fuck that noise. I'm going to try to stick with hand-washing to extend the lifespan but ugh. I also managed to scrub off one of my bras' label info on accident q.q It was so exhausting. I can't imagine having to do that every day, so sorry.

My comment for this was:

No one's mentioned bras and how they are significantly worse? Lets make arbitrary cup and band sizes, but then add in how each bra has a different shape and projection even in the same brand. Are you full on top, full on bottom, average, shallow? What about root width and height? Well you won't know if any bra will fit until you try, even changing cup and band sizes won't make a bra not made for your shape fit properly. Each brand does their own different sizing even in each bra, each global country has their own sizing system, and it is madness.

Straight up I have only been buying from Panache because I am sort of figuring out their system. I tried the sub a-bra-that-fits and their calculator put me in the wrong size (too big, 34F/FF UK) since I have less projection, so did Victoria's Secret (too small, 34DDD US) and every other store I tried to get measured in. So far Alexis, Ana, and Clara fit well with Evie being passable since I needed a strapless. I tried freya offbeat and the wires were too wide, I tried parfait and the cups were too big, fuck all of this really. I am 36E (UK) in Panache, but can easily be something else in a different bra. At one point 34G (chantelle) fit pretty well but tight. I need dumb bras but do also wear wireless sports bras when I am sick of it all.

I just want to be explicit since many people will not touch an anime with this content, it can be a trigger.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation. Fair warning, it has some pedo vibes.

I don't like collective shout overall, they are anti-porn and most likely religious and anti-LGBT. But some of their criticism is correct, like glorified SA and pedo content is inexcusable. Also nothing they have done warrants a rape threat (I mean just going by vibes I don't think anyone, in general, deserves rape threats) and it is concerning that presumably men are making these threats to these women.

I've seen rape/pedo content in tv shows, movies, books, games, and anime. For SA in anime, it's used as the victim (usually a she) really wanted it or is a joke. The victim is seen as submissive to the perpetrator. Also dubcon, "dark romance" is popular in otome genres for some reason. I mean that's the last thing I want when enjoying romance content, is for the person the protagonist likes to assault her. For pedo stuff in anime, always a running gag or just not really addressed.

I have trouble convincing the lib men I know IRL that rape culture is real and needs to be addressed. Of course I had to go over consent because apparently not everyone is on the same page about that even. Ugh. Thanks for listening :)

who do you believe is allowed to discuss the issue of the extreme normalization and eroticization of SV in porn

TW: sexual assault

I'm against noncon/dubcon, whatever label they use to mean rape. This porn is usually used to glorify rape, showing graphic depictions. I'm ok with touching on the themes to condemn it, but nothing I've seen has ever needed it to be shown graphically to make a point and instead turns into fetishization (Goblin Slayer, Outlander, Game of Thrones, etc.). Obviously loli/pedo porn fits under this as well (Made in Abyss). When you're aware (like a SA victim), you see rape culture around you and naturally think it is sick. I want glorified graphic depictions of rape banned, but apparently only puritanical, prude christofacists want it banned so they can oppress everyone with morals. Fuck that, there is a reason games like Rapelay, Rape Day, and No Mercy get a bunch of attention and are then banned. I am ok with consensual porn (produced ethically, so not abusing the IRL actors/actresses). I support LGBT+. Too many people do not understand consent. Bringing up CNC is moot if you do not recognize the first word of that acronym. Even reading Lemmy is exhausting when you read comments saying rape should never be prosecuted without evidence excluding testimony (aka most people should get away with rape), and then read people defending rape games. I looked at collective shout's content and g*mers are sending them rape threats. Wtf.

How do you gals feel about something like this? This hasn't gone through clinical trials so still early stages.

I had such bad reactions to the Mirena IUD and minipill, I've been on the oral combo BC since then. I wish I didn't need hormones but they help with heavy/painful periods (even skipping them), birth control, and the estrogen helps with acne. I'm not sure if I can give myself a shot 😬 I'm pretty squeamish around needles and bad with pain.

-EDIT- Fixed URL - sorry all

I love the app so far but I am having trouble with opening Lemmy links from other instances. When someone links to say a Lemmy.world post, I am hit with a window saying I have to have a Lemmy.world account in order to vote and such. This is incredibly inconvenient, I don't know how voyager does it but voyager just lets me view the post and vote/etc. in my instance without forcing me to change accounts. Anyway to get rid of this behavior so it is more like voyager? I want other Lemmy links to be opened in my instance so I can vote and such.

Also unrelated but just now I was unable to upload a picture from summit and had to switch apps to upload the photo.
