I don't think you get what I meant, there's no way to punish or school this administration because they are trying to be autocrats. The courts don't matter because they have no way of enforcing their rulings without the DOJ (department of justice) which Trump has captured.

These plans only work against targets that obey the rule of law.

I am pretty sure that Trump would have had that man killed in prison. In my books his dad did the right thing, fuck the optics.
I would prefer to have Mastodon stay out of the limelight because we might need it after they target BlueSky. Mastodon is safe from attacks by an incoming autocratic administration precisely because it is too small for them to give any fucks about.
They also benefit those men because they get to live. You take away no fault divorce and a lot of men in those red states are going to experience tragic misadventures.
