Someone here recently said RFK is literally just Pestilence incarnate, and I don't think they are wrong. The dude is the Randall Flagg of diseases. Just waiting for his actual bugchaser arc. Then he'll plan a mass gathering and dissolve like Gravemind into deadly spores.

Yes. My meat thermometer is a fire and forget type where it automatically shuts off the heat once it reaches a certain temperature or preconfigured meat setting. It makes the air fryer a wonderful appliance when working on other foods simultaneously. Plus, I don't have to worry about unsafe temps, or overcooked food.

The thing that still doesn't add up is how four climbers fell all at once. If a piton breaks, and multiple pitons/nuts/etc are pulled out in a big fall, then one or two people might fall, but that's only if ALL of your protection rips out, which would be pretty rare, especially on granite.

But somehow, all four fell simultaneously, and with only one piton connected to their rope over an estimated 200 ft pitch.

That's really odd, particularly with climbers who are a range of ages, 30-60. They probably aren't inexperienced.

Reminds me of the time Putin pardoned his buddy, and then his private jet mysteriously fell apart mid flight when an S400 hit it.

Dubai, most of the Middle East, China, most of the deep south in the US, and any other states or countries like Singapore with shit like beatings or the death penalty.

If Singapore ever relaxes its use of beatings and executions, I would consider going, as it has beautiful gardens and amazing green infrastructure.

That sword isn't THAT neon green in real life, but is a very healthy new green. The fiddleheads have just leafed out :)

Thank you! We'll have to try this when the rains really start up again.

These are absolutely beautiful :)

My favorites are maidenhair ferns, and sword ferns. The former are so delicate and pretty, and the latter are robust and shade-loving.

I voted to legalize it because it's stupid to arrest people for it. That said, I hate the constant smell in public, and people seem to get addicted to it quite easily. It's a pox on society, imo. At the end of the day, we have much larger problems on our hands.

I'm assuming this works with western sword fern too?
