The pink-haired heterochromia boy labeled with the name Dahlia in the character design sheet leaks may have been mentioned in Rosaria's introduction over two years ago. Since he has a Mondstadt vision, it may very well be him. (STC take with a big grain of salt)

Keep in mind that this appears to be a new leaker, so take this with a very big grain of salt. Their first post was a leak of MiHoyo offices from the leak dump a few days ago.

A new feature that will be introduced on 4.0, is be the ability to collect seagrass, those will be present underwater.

New animations and models regarding fishes will be introduced to the game on 4.0.

There will also be a new natural mechanic to help you move underwater, they are called "Ocean currents" and will give you momentum while swimming on the depths of Fontaine.

New tools regarding the artifacts system will be added on Fontaine.

I mod a Magazine here in kbin.social, over the past couple of days I noticed that it wasn't available over on lemmy.world nor is it searchable from Mastodon. Today I noticed that the Magazine is now searchable from lemmy.world though none of the posts are synced. It's not available on Mastodon yet, nor is it at fedia.io. Manually searching for it for example as fedia.io/m/[email protected] yields a 404 error.

I've also tried of inputing the direct url to the mag at various Federated site internal search bars to no luck. Anything that can be done to improve Federation rate?
