Yeah. My friend group has a server, and a couple of the admins pay for nitro to boost it monthly.
No idea what it does, but they like supporting the platform.
Your bank should allow you to setup autopay alerts, I get them pretty regularly for mine (email stating 'your auto pay to COMPANY is pending for $xxxx on yy/zz') but I also don't read them. And I have a budget setup so I know where that money is going to go this week anyway. And I check my accounts weekly to pay off my credit card so I see it there as well. Mainly because I have a reminder to do so.
I just get '99+' and a shit ton of tabs marked inactive...

I know we only really hear about the failures to prevent these situations and not the successes, but the failures seem to be increasing at a troubling rate.
Do you dislike doing them, or do you not know and just think you wont like them? I'm asking because I've been in the latter experience more times than I can count and ended up liking what I was doing. If you can find something that doesn't sound awful and you're willing to put in a bit of effort into learning/meshing with the activity, you won't come off like a creep who's only there to meet women.
