I do t consider bonds or CDs as gambling. They are guaranteed unless the entire financial institution dies, in which case your investment in ammo matters more than money.

Property tax is alreadly locked in California.
Prop 13 is one of the main reasons i moved out of CA

The real problems is that there is no good alternative. Msi, gigabyte etc will all do the same. EVGAs customer support was great. But there producing less and less products.

Taxing these billionares this way would equate to taxing you for your houses value going up even though your not selling. Just like how proprty tax works in most states.
The more wealthy should be paying higher taxes, but im not sure wealth tax directly is the way to do it. But this isnt my area of expertise, so im not against it either.
