Damn, that was really easy. Y'all should try that with the Epstein files so you don't have to worry about it anymore. You can declassify things just by thinking about it, right Trump?

So they can release this within a week after the Epstein uproar but have to wait for the courts and/or wait until after the August recess for congress to release anything related to Epstein? And remember, Trump literally said that he can declassify things just by thinking about it. If anything, this just makes it all even more suspicious.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing. I'm just saying that making fun of people for having a conscience about it is just being a shitty person. The people that deserve the hate don't have a conscience about it and 100% deserve the hate.

I like how they said that they were gonna "release" some more info in a doomed attempt to keep people calm but couldn't even manage that. I betcha Trump is already on the golf course this late on a Friday.

So you'd rather have someone be hateful than kind? Like, I get it, MAGA deserves the hate. But is looking down on people for having a conscience really the best mentality to have? Would you call your mom a pussy because she felt bad for saying a curse word?

So are we supposed to just give up and just accept that every election is going to swing to the right now? Assuming they don't rig elections, how are we expected to get people over to the other side if we treat them like garbage even if they realized they fucked up? I don't think it's very wise in this current situation to continue to make enemies when we are all in danger. The fact that people are breaking away should be a good thing and we should encourage it instead of just calling them stupid. If one of your friends joined a cult and managed to get out, would you be pissed at your friend for falling for it or be pissed at the cult that manipulated them? In cults there are always hierarchies and the majority of MAGA are not the people we see in podcasts and on the news. Those are the people in charge and are the ones that convince people to join for their own selfish reason by being loud and portraying themselves as the victims.

Seriously, go look up videos of people that were in cults and tell me that it's their fault. There are people that would rather kill themselves than try and leave the cult because they are so scared. We only see this on a macroscopic scale while we never consider the small scale things going on all over the country. These people have literally been brainwashed and the people on the "outside" would rather call them stupid than give them a chance at fixing things. All that does is reinforce the idea that the cult is better because everyone else hates them.

Edit: I'm not saying we need to forgive them. All I'm saying is treat them like people instead of all of them being monsters.

First of all, not what people are asking for. Secondly, they said they'll release it on Friday and so far it's been complete silence from them. I'll believe it when I see it because so far the only thing I see is them trying to make us forget about it.

As someone that lives in a red county with 90% of my coworkers being Trump supporters, I don't think MAGA can live without Trump. MAGA doesn't worship Mike Johnson the same way they do Trump. I don't even think a lot of them even know who Mike Johnson is besides a random dude in congress.

Because they believe that all of that other stuff wasn't true and think that trump was just draining the swamp. If you believe the lies and don't look at the actual actions, Trump was just doing exactly what he said he was. The problem is that Epstein was supposed to be part of draining the swamp and people were very invested in the files being released. MAGA has been told that Epstein was the biggest coverup in our time and then it's just... Gone? It's the reason why every other president since this whole thing started back in the early 2000s has been quiet. If any other administration had said that there was "nothing to see here" I'm almost positive everyone would have the same reaction. If the Biden administration came out and said this exact same thing all the liberals would be up in arms against him. The silence has always been on purpose, but this administration broke that silence by lying about the one thing they couldn't lie about. They're in a cult and Trump is their leader. It'd be like the Pope just coming out and saying "yeah, actually, Jesus wasn't the son of God." Nobody would believe him because they know the opposite to be true.

Long story short, this administration overestimated how brainwashed their base was and underestimated how important this issue was to pretty much every American. Just another case of being out of touch with reality.

We can at least take solace in the fact that people are still willing to draw the line at something this horrific. Call me too optimistic, but this actually gives me hope. Kinda proves that a lot of these people weren't actually terrible people and were just caught up in the cult. After all, whenever we look at victims of cults we never blame them for falling for it and we rightfully go after the cult itself.

Of course the ones that are in charge and convinced them all are still human garbage, and I will still never forgive those who voted for him, but it's a start at least. And these people should never seek forgiveness and do not deserve it unless they are willing to actually atone for what they've done.

This is all assuming we are still gonna make it out of this. We are still absolutely fucked at the moment and decades of damage have already been done even if this all stopped tomorrow (which it probably won't)

I love this for them. Still hate them and will never forgive them for voting for him and pushing his propaganda, but watching them wake up in real time is basically Christmas in July at this point. Keep the momentum up and never let this die down.

But also keep in mind that a lot of these "influencers" are not actually changing their opinion. Sure, regular everyday people are definitely starting to see the bullshit, but these influencers are just reading the room and realizing "we need to back the fuck up before this gets worse." These people are still human garbage and just trying to save their own skins. But hey, if they accidentally help some people wake up, I say keep it up.

Or the doctor was more worried about telling him something he didn't want to hear. Or he doesn't give a shit about what some random doctors tells him.
