I was just looking at life expetency and Colorado was in the top three and it was the wealthiest counties (think Aspen) that had the highest rankings. The way traditional life expetency is measured has a heavy correlation between wealth and how long you live. This study appears to be different?

I have a high fail rate with Samsung SD cards. Oddly the cheap-o no name ones haven't failed yet.

My problem with USB-C is I've had multiple cables fail now where the connector is physically failing it looks like. These were supposed to be made to not fail like this. I still have old USB cables working fine without this type of failure.

I hate running too it's just boring as hell. I ride my bike and enjoy that though.

I mean we see this all the time with cars when they hit people. Cities are always removing the street as a response. They realize hey this isn't a safe place for cars so lets get rid of them from this area. So at least they are consistent.

I do like a lot of his different films. I've been enjoying him in Slow Horses.

In the US we have to re-invent the wheel for every little infrastructure project we do.

I've never had fireball whiskey but I was curious about the ingredients. Looks like they fixed it to comply with EU regs: As of 2018, Fireball does not use propylene glycol in any of its products

I'm curious what other products do have it in large amounts though.

The FDA law defined maximum limits for the use of propylene glycol in various food categories under good manufacturing practices:

2.0% for general food categories
2.5% for frozen dairy products
5% for alcoholic beverages
5% for nuts and nut products
24% for confections and frostings
97% for seasonings and flavorings

It has all bike path types mapped for the entire metro area. Usually these are split up amongst cities or counties. Its fairly current. I looked at the protected bike lane on Broadway for example and I think its a bit longer than that.

Is anyone else having this issue? I notice when I upvote something if I come back to it later it looks like I didn't upvote. At first I thought upvotes weren't persisting but I think its an issue with the upvote arrow color not persisting. The behavior I observed is you upvote a comment or post it goes from blue to green and the upvote count increases. Refresh the page and the upvotes all reverted back to blue but the count is still the same. Upvote again and the arrow stays blue but the upvote count decreases.

I'm on Firefox and use the dark theme if that helps.

My understanding so far after a couple days is that joining a community gets it to show up on your front page but has no effect on it displaying under topics.

In topics these are pre-built groups of communities (like multireddits). You can't modify them.

Feeds are custom groups (like a multireddit) you can make that are just like topics except under your control. You can manage what communities are in the feed and show up under each category. You can create a feed that shows up as a "sub-feed" just like in topics. If you join a public feed it is like a user made topic where you can't change which communities show up in the feed.

Am I understanding these correctly?
