Basically if you need to make a yearly or monthly payment to keep using something it's a scam in my eyes.
I go out of my way to make sure me and my employees are treated fairly. The employees i work with have families to feed and are scared to speak their mind. I don't have family so I step up and defend my coworkers from shitty managers like you.
Found the shitty manager. Managers like this i ALWAYS treat like absolute shit while not breaking any rules. Every little mistake they make no matter how small i report to corporate. I make their life a living hell only because of their attitude. I've managed to get 1 fired and another i managed to completely change the way they act at work. Felt pretty fuckin nice.
A manager should really find how the person acts before messing with them. You never know if you get a person like me who gives ZERO fucks about anybody no matter your position.
The best a human can do without the knowledge of how it fully works is be able to push them in the right direction. Depending how far back you go you'd either be considered a god or a witch 🤣. Humans man we are strange.

Our company is based off levels. So everyone makes the same pay at their respective levels. I'm already maxed out so I'm not getting any raises except for cost of living and the yearly. Sorry you work at a job where people rely on kissing asses and sucking dicks to get a pathetic raise.

I need them because if I don't have car insurance for example i get a fine. I need health insurance otherwise i have to pay out the ass. 2 stupid things made by some money hungry old fuckers that just want to collect even more money. This is just 2 examples of all kinds of insurance. The whole system is in place to make the rich richer for something meaningless.
