As soon as you stop believing the easily disproven lies you are getting from The View, MSNBC and CNN. Cool?

Didn’t the unions already cause massive problems for the automakers once? Yeah, I think so. Needs to be a balance here so the auto companies can have some healthy profits and workers can get fairly compensated. Last time, auto workers had it a little too easy, hence the bankruptcies and bailouts.
If our Govt. Would just stop spending and wasting money on nonsense then we wouldn’t have this problem. Good luck getting any politician to "live within their means" as we are asked to do.
Every great nation has blood on its hands. The Japanese aren’t exactly Mother Theresa’s themselves. Oh and they shouldn’t have attacked us if they didn’t want to deal with the consequences. They had no problem killing or injuring thousands of our service men and women. Oh…..THAT. Give it a rest.
I was gonna say… where is this US denial narrative from? Just stop it.
Not sure about that. Our country doesn’t do communism, thank goodness, so there is little relevancy in spending time on teaching it. Wouldn’t the students be better served to learn about how our economic system works so they can take advantage of its positives and better manage the negatives? Either way, there is no need to for a deep dive into economic systems. That’s for further study or post K-12 learning. Kids should be taught how to manage money, balance a checkbook, use credit wisely and things that will actually help them in Their day to day lives.
Sure, all economic systems can be touched on in like a social studies class or something like that. But ultimately, there is no benefit to going overboard on such a topic, IMO. Most of the class time should be spent on the system we use. Sort of like we teach English first and foremost because that’s what we speak here. If one wishes to pursue other languages or enter a career in translating then by all means, do what ya gotta do but that’s outside the scope of basic K-12 learning.
Uh, oh. Lock it all down.
