Then I may have misunderstood what you were trying to do; if it's just to transmit information from the outside to the inside you could also just as well create a mail address from a host your workplace doesn't block, then upload an attachment to a draft email or send an email to yourself on that address; then logon on the address from work ?
If you do that, check the SSL cert serial matches for the webmail host for that address (compare it to the one from home); if it doesn't, your company uses a proxy that performs MITM on all your SSL connections and what you will transmit could be read.

Those online execution things will never allow you to fetch remote resources / access the network; they'd basically instantly become proxies and be used for sending spam and the like
Do you have access to a linux shell locally ? there are many other ways to bypass corporate proxies (though a lot of them would require you to have a remote server, either rented or at home)
