The answer is it depends on the game IMO. A game where you play a defined, scripted character like The Witcher ? I guess the criticism could make sense (even then I don't think it matters much).

A game like BG3 / most cRPGs where you create the character from scratch entirely ? anything goes IMO, it's your character, you decide its sexuality.

"I'm hungry Papa, why can't we leave the city to try to find some food in the country side ?"

"The roads, son... they have done a number on them. So many potholes. We are doomed."

"But can't we just wal..."

"POTHOLES, son. It's hopeless. Time to eat the neighbours"

He's complaining his sleigh was downed because of one of Xi's fleet of incredibly advanced airborne spy devices 🎈 🎈 🎈

Poor Rudolph ended up with his face covered in mylar from the inflatable balloon

It is far above Kingmaker (which wasn't bad but had a ton of issues); in fact I still place it above BG3 (specifically for the scenario, writing, setting, and ruleset - all above BG3 by far) though I'd likely be in the minority in that. Truly the best "generalist" CRPG I played since BG2.

Tamriel Rebuilt is quite simply incredible; also the dev team is awesome and very welcoming.

Also about one or two years back OpenMW finally reached the graphical level of a modded-to-shit original Morrowind, except with the inherent improved stability and performance of the former (not to mention several features for modders absent from the original).

This picture looked so insane I thought it might be AI-generated; but no, this abomination is called the Mena House Oberoi Golf Club and it's very real sadly.

Reminds me of that video a few weeks back of that Palestinian kid so happy there were no bombardment sounds today due to the ceasefire

Hit me way worse than many graphic videos of the past weeks

Did they get her son's semen in time though ?

Usually in cases like these I assume it's ignorance; but here we're talking about people that proudly call themselves "neoliberals" (in fact I still can't believe that sub exists and isn't a dunk sub) so I'm gonna say both.

Goofy rules all. Nothing has authority over it.
            It is the Goofy.
            It is Father of everything,
                        Holy Goofy
                        The invisible one over everything.
It is uncontaminated
Pure light no eye can bear to look within.

The Goofy is the Invisible Spirit.
It is not right to think of it as a Goofy or as like Goofy.
It is more than just Goofy.

Nothing is above it.
Nothing rules it.
            Since everything exists within it
It does not exist within anything.
Since it is not dependent on anything
                        It is eternal.

There's a christmas tree one, and a gingerbread dude one, and a shooting star one :-)

I had too much chocolate so I ended up putting the surplus into deeper heart-shaped molds for my partner, with a hazelnut kernel in the middle for those. In terms of taste it's not what I hoped for (far too much cocoa, it's like eating very dark chocolate but with the sugar of milk one, quite weird) but still, they're edible.
