Yes, it means they read your message, but didn't respond. On most chat and text services you can see when someone else reads your message. It's basically ignoring someone, but a little worse because there's no question if they received your message yet or not.

Strongly agree. We've seen nothing yet and I think we're going to see quarter after quarter of poor earnings and layoffs. Some empty shelves mid to late May. Housing crash at the end of this year or beginning of 2026. Hate to be somewhat doom and gloom but I'm also not going to miss this opportunity to jump back in with liquid. Good luck!

I see - thank you. If they delete the messages from their phone there would be no tracking of official government business, right? Also, Gabbard wouldn't disclose if she used a personal phone for this Signal chat or not which is troublesome.

Isn't the issue that Signal messages aren't stored on the phone and can be set to auto delete after some time? So there's no tracking of official federal business? Or am I thinking about this the wrong way?
