Wife and I bought Nov 2021. Locked in at 3.25%. Bought a good house in a decent neighborhood. Feel great about it.

I'm chilling. Legit my biggest source of anxiety is doomscrolling. There's always some crisis going on, but when I look at my life and people around me, we're all doin pretty well.

Some of them fail occasionally. The problem account I have (out of 20+) is my Mohela student loans, but I just reconnect it every few months since the balance doesn't change much.

If you're living paycheck to paycheck and putting more than a tank of gas on the card every month, you're doing it wrong. If you have more credit card debt than savings, you're doing it wrong. Part of basic financial literacy is building a safety net, so you're not immediately fucked when something goes wrong.
