Adding to the comment, I have read the brief. This time a mentally struggling person (because US health care and his condition is one that usually needs plenty of support) lashed out and a cop happened to be present.
Probably put a kick in the acabs step that day.
All I care about is that kind man having a good time. How dare ordinary people expect ordinary actions from... someone should have shot him.
