The TV UI is worse, especially the search. It only shows 10-12 videos related to what you actually searched. The rest are suggestions.

Local cities and counties are urged to adopt similar protocols.

I guess we will just have to see how this goes to reveal the true intent behind the order. If this helps the homeless population, great! Based off of the US's track record for these events, I do not expect good things.
