This AI generated meeting could have been an AI generated email

The only thing I disagree with is that the armors' noise reduction is completely useless: it doesn't happen very often, but if you're alone and trying to solo an outpost/hive/lz the noise reduction would help you get past patrols.
I don't know if 30% is a noticeable difference, and you don't *need* stealth to do all that, but it would help; off the top of my head there's only one armor that completely solves a problem rather than simply mitigating it, and barely anyone ever uses it until the incineration corps pop up.

That's a whole lot of bankrupting and moving hands, I kinda respect its sheer will to stay on the land of the living as a ghost

Yeah, but there's less than 10 days until the warbond's available, and how am I going to welcome my Xbox friends without the ODST armor?

I see the SPNKr (SPNKR? idr) more like a resuppliable commando, I would definitely see a spot for it in my loadout honestly.

I think there's a niche to be filled with an extremely low-ammo weaker non-expendable anti-tank, right? Like a RR but without a backpack, and damage and ammo compensating for that. It's not that there aren't similarly redundant weapons in the game...

Cat's got a point though, I didn't know Atari was still around either

Understandable complaint, if it's anything like X3 or Avorion

Makes more sense ig

SPNKR? Bad precedent for stratagems in the SS, but on the other hand... SPNKR.

I guess they have to compensate for the $ they spent on royalties for the Halo IP, if that's how it works

[–] Sonotsugipaa 1 points 3 weeks ago

I thought so too, but IME it's fine

They cared to optimize for hard disks? Odd but respectable

Thanks for the link, it addresses both of the doubts I've expressed in the post; perhaps at some point I'll play a game with DS and see how well it carries over to Linux despite the lack of a similar API, I'll probably stick to the small RAID0 fs I already have and use it for X4 or something.

Notice the actual desktop background, ignore my attempt to kill -9 DIscord after the first of 6 crashes
