Dams have major ecological impacts. Water towers could work but as I understand it storing heat in sand or salt is more energy dense/efficient vs elevated water and gravity. All of what I just said is based solely on things I've read some time ago but cannot cite, and documentaries about dams

Halo was best when it was Halo:CE played 4v4 on two linked systems, with the teams on two screens in an undersized dorm room in 2002. Alternatively, two people playing through the entire game in co-op mode and finishing at 3 in the morning.

Everything since then has been mid at best

Thanks for posting

My favorite throwaway joke in Anchorman is Brick saying something like "and then the weather pattern will move over the Middle East" while gesturing to the Midwest and, oooh, chef's kiss

Is your argument that the lawsuit shouldn't move forward because individuals copy styles all of the time?

That is the equivalent of saying the IRS shouldn't go after a billionaire that isn't paying their taxes because a bunch of food servers aren't reporting cash tips

America, obviously

A little into about me. I'm in my mid-forties, I live in Ohio, USA, and am on Medicaid. I suspect I have either ADD or ADHD but I can't get diagnostic testing covered by Medicaid. What can I do to get testing or treatment? There are lots of "in-network" providers, but every time I get the focus to try and make an appointment no one answers their phones, or they're not taking new patients, or they're not in network after all. I'm so so so tired
