Very niche, but if you ever need to decode a simple oldschool encrypted/encoded text (caesar cipher, reverse alphabet, substitution cipher, morse code etc) for an AR game or whatever, Canonn Decryptor is amazing, being able to decode most cryptograms virtually automatically.

IEM is easier to type than "in-ear headphones" and has become the defacto generic term for them, just like "monitor" has become to mean any stand mount/bookshelf speaker.
Anyway, over the past few years the market has flooded with cheap and very good "IEM-s" by manufacturers like Moondrop, Truthear and others. 30€ can get you a pair that follows Harman curve quite closely and has low enough distortion to allow EQ. Generally they use 10mm dynamic drivers instead of balanced armatures, but they also have more expensive multi-way BA and DD/BA options.
In short, high quality IEM style headphones have become a commodity and you don't need to be an audiophile or muso who's willing to pay hundreds for Shure SE535-s.
A pair of 40€ Denons is not really an "investment piece", even though they have lasted me for 10 years.

I never have to untangle my IEM cables. A civilized person keeps their IEM-s in the carry case when not in use.
Comes in handy at work all the time when I need to test a piece of equipment.
And the best-bang-for-buck IEM-s still are wired only. Have my sights set on Moondrop Lans for xmas.
It was clearly demonstrated in the beginning of The Force Awakens that Rey is proficient with a quarterstaff so I had no trouble accepting she could pick up a lightsaber and grok it immediately. Quarterstaff to lightsaber should translate more easily than quarterstaff to longsword—eg no worries about edge alignment. Especially considering force sensitivity and all that pizazz.
And older multi-story apartment buildings are often practically impossible to switch to heat pumps. These older buildings make up a vast majority of european city dwellings. All you can realistically do is update insulation and the central heating system to be more efficient, but decarbonizing the latter—I don't even know if there are heat pump based solutions that can heat water to 50...60°C needed if it gets to -20°C and colder. And if there is, installing it would be a nightmare.
Individual heat pumps for each apartment? Where to put the 2 to 4 external heat exchangers per apartment that is needed? If they're on the walls 30 meters from ground how do you have access to them for deicing if they clog up with snow and ice? If they're on rooftops you need mighty long piping to lower floors.
Heat pumps are awesome, but for apartment buildings you have to plan them in from the beginning.
