Never caught it, or never tested positive... or even bothered to be tested. I'm pretty sure I just had one of the mild cases, because I've had 'generic respiratory illness' with sniffles and congestion a few times since COVID-19 became a concern. I'm betting there is a large group of people who fit into my category.

I'd recommend putting the strays in the same room as the fools who don't spay/neuter their animals. Put the people who have 'outdoor cats' in the room as well. Tie them up and let nature take care of them when said nature gets hungry.

In truth, your options suck. I spent several years in the same situation. If it's any consolation, you're saving them from a mangled death if struck by a car, or a slow starvation.

A... game from two decades ago? I appreciate them for keeping the game up for this long, dude. The hats are still in my inventory, and the good matches still to be had. I wouldn't think Blizzard is a bad company if they had let SC:BW go, or SOE if they said no more everquest. I think being mad about a game that old is demanding something more than even a good company should be expected to provide.

But the average adult bladder can hold 14 ounces. So in liters that's about enough, right?

If you buy a bottle by itself. I can't imagine people doing that though. Buy a 24 pack for $5. The difference in pricing boggles my mind. Convenience is such a large upcharge.

An alcohol or strong acid will probably have a small effect on the fibers. Try rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol first. Hydrochloric acid might work, marginally. Sulfuric acid in a dry form is often used to make ester bonds, but aqueous solutions will have some effect on breaking them, but that will probably affect the plastic part more than you'd like.

Oh, and usually heat makes everything go faster, so if you can place the motor/actuator in a warm spot, or even inside of an oven below the water/alcohol boiling point, it will probably help.

Alright, but I've only got a couple bucks, so we're going to have to use the small fedex box. I hope you're flexible.

So is that the only real answer (ha, real from this court... ) that should be arrived at? Perhaps a criminal conviction for the actual crime of treason would satisfy, but the only other option per the amendment is congress enforcing the article?

I just pray that if Trump goes down, the justice department suddenly gets a little more feisty with certain "news" outlets.
