I use grayjay as you can use a google account to bypass the "confirm your not a bot" but then have the ability to subscribe, comment, and save video playback without a google account.
Alpaca for linux is easy to use. You just install the flatpak and the llm of your choice. You dont need to know how to use github. (It might have a windows version but im not sure)

I use futo board. I like that it had the ability to process speech to text locally. I personally also disable the clipboard
Captcha can be used as spyware and to train ai so company's will keep using them unfortunatly
