Wouldn’t the fragrance just be overwhelming inside the house? Seems like it would be. They always strike me as insanely strong whenever I walk by them outside, I think having that in the house would just make me sick

Is it too late to start growing these, you think? Every time it occurs to me that I want to grow, it’s always too late in the season. Damn.

I think this is one of the cubs I had seen last year roaming the property with their mother. He definitely thinks he owns my trash cans, at least, given how many times I've had to clean it up after he's torn through them.

Tried my hand at a vegetable garden in the past, and had miserable luck with it. To be fair, it was in some pretty crummy Maine soil that was full of rocks. Might have more success now though. Just curious what everyone is growing.

What I really want is a yard of just wildflowers. Better for the environment, less effort to maintain, and much more in keeping with my personality. I hate the fully manicured look. Only downside to that is ticks...so many ticks in New England...walking through it would likely be a horror show.

This dude just strolled through like he owned the damn place! Pretty bold.

At least I think it's a cherry tree. I'm pretty bad at gardening and knowing much about plants...
