Troops and some others will work without collecting paychecks. Others will not work and get back pay for all the time they missed when we come back to work. So… as long as it doesn’t last more than a week or two and it will just feel like a paid vacation to some of us.

AI was a big sticking point (of course pay too) and it appears the writers gained a lot of ground to protect themselves from AI. So this is great.
