Now this is interesting. Angell is a band fronted by Angell Solberg Tveitan, the son of Ihsahn.

In my previous job I tested Logitech's Marble Trackball mouse and fell in love with it in no time. I decided to buy a similar trackball for home use with more buttons and ordered the GameBall.

My PC is already an "RGB hell" so GameBall's changing light color works as a natural extension aesthetically. The trackball requires no additional software to be installed, and any button settings can be adjusted for one's liking. There's a dedicated button for changing the DPI. The DPI button is really useful for tasks where I need to be more accurate, such as music editing and mixing.

Well, it's a gaming mouse, how it works for gaming? I don't really play FPS games and I mostly use a gamepad, but I'd say that GameBall could be a fitting option. Someone who plays FPS games actively with trackballs could have a more thorough opinion regarding this.

Around the ball are two touchpads that function as scroll wheels. That allows for horizontal and vertical scrolling when zooming large images for example, so that's what I find useful.

During the first weeks of use I had to get my hand to accommodate to the mouse, which made daily use somewhat awkward. After that however things go really smoothly, there's no turning back from trackballs for me!

The U.S. Library of Congress (LoC) has inducted the Windows 95 sound into its National Recording Registry (NRR). For those unfamiliar, the NRR is essentially a list of sound recordings that "are culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant, and inform or reflect life in the United States."

Alongside the Windows 95 theme, Minecraft's Volume Alpha has also been chosen, alongside 23 other mainstream songs.

In the 2000s and 2010s Brand was seen as a progressive who rallied against the 1 % with some hippie spirituality thing sprinkled in. He started his own YouTube channel. Then around 2020 he was slowly incorporating things like The Great Reset, rallying against vaccine mandates and other right-wing talking points. He started to appear with Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro and the like. The rebranding reached a culmination in April 2024, when he was baptised.

Those two are real GG Allin songs.

Damn, I was about to post that article! But regardless, there is so much proof regarding Brand's misdeeds which may contributed to his "rebranding" from a liberal revolutionary hippie to a conservative Christian.

To think of it, "Cyanide Ice Cream and Cum Soup" would fit really well right next to "Needle Up My Cock" and "Expose Yourself to Kids".

"Cyanide Ice Cream and Cum Soup" sounds like an album title for a GWAR-style shock rock band.

There's WriteFreely for example. There's also Plume, but looks like it's not actively maintained anymore.

As for Sopuli, hosting Photon may happen in the future.

Somehow Stevie T's video about making a song like Imagine Dragons came to my mind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EkyHYD8VSeo

A black BSOD reminds me of all those Netflix Adaptation memes.

If any of those empty communities become active and a need comes to transfer their ownership and appoint moderators, I can be contacted.

That moderator has created helluva lot of communities but it appears that he is no longer active here and taking care of them.

As I previously told, I decided to RMA my netbook server's SSD and send it to Denmark for repair. In the meantime, I put the server's original HDD back, installed Ubuntu Server and now it runs several other things, except for NextCloud. It clearly looks like the laptop's SATA port isn't at fault, as the laptop's been running for over a week with no interruptions and errors whatsoever.

What else? I may try to code several of my Angular projects.
