So here is my situation:
- I'm a user on instance A
- I want to subscribe to a community on instance B, but it is not yet discovered on instance A
- I know Instance B is federated to instance A, because I'm already seeing other communities on A
- I searched for community@instanceB on A with the full URL, it showed up, I hit subscribe, cool
- I waited a bit and now the community is visible from instance A as well, awesome
- BUT, I can only see posts on instance A if I am logged out. If I log in, I see nothing but an empty community. Doesn't matter if I'm subscribed or not.
I hope I could explain myself, but anyway, am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
If RIF can continue I'll probably keep using, but I'll stay here as well. Lemmy and this whole fediverse thing is really growing on me, and with it being open source and the influx of technical people I think it will only get better and better, and quickly. Case in point, the Jerboa app has already improved a lot in the past week from outside help.
