Palestinian sources have reported that the Israeli army has occupied a large number of homes in Hebron, Jenin, Ramallah and Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank, and converted them into military barracks after evicting their owners. >This surprise move coincided with the launch of Israel’s attacks on Iran last Friday. Analysts and residents have said that the army is stationing soldiers inside Palestinian homes and neighbourhoods to shield them from being targeted by Iranian missiles aimed at military camps.

Are there any news dispatches that confirm this?

I found a Jerusalem Post article that says Hamas offered to return half of the Israeli hostages in exchange of 2-month ceasefire and resumption of aid. But I don't see anything else right now. [May 17, 21:30 Eastern Daylight Time (USA)]

On Sunday, February 9th, Israeli police raided both branches of the East Jerusalem Educational Bookstore and arrested its owners, Mahmoud and Ahmed Muna. They were released on bail after two days in jail, but are banned from entering their stores for the next two weeks. During this difficult time, Mahmoud graciously agreed to talk with me about his experience.

To help with the legal costs Mahmoud and his family have incurred as a result of the raid, and the security they now need because of right-wing harassment, they have launched a GoFundMe Campaign.

Because of the importance of disseminating Mahmoud’s story, and his need for financial support, I’m making this video available to free as well as paid subscribers.
