I'm on today and I can recommend it. The whole point of it is not to have its own communities but just to be a neutral place to have an account. That was very appealing me as someone who really doesn't care about the "pick a community" part of Lemmy.

This is actually so real. I just had this happen with memorial day. At least in my industry you kind of get the day off whether you want it or not since all the clients are off.

It sounds like it might be a little like that El Salvadoran condiment they have at pupusa places. I'm not sure what that's called either, but it's also a pickly shredded vegetable mix.

Really nice piece! I will say that on first glance I thought the top and bottom were different images because the dividing section is so dark and low contrast. Much less of an issue on your last color variation I think. Just something to consider.

It's this much in the Seattle area sometimes, so that's one possibility. It's insane and I barely ever get any anymore.
