Umm AppleTV has a Tailscale app and it's dead simple to set up, so I would argue that it is a solution.

People are lazy AF dude. The vast majority of the people viewing the post aren’t going to look into it further if they just can’t click on it like they could with a bluesky link. The .0001% that do is giving the MuskRat like pennies compared to what a link could do
