It didn't need to, the looney homeschooling/flat Earth/conspiracy theory morons already accomplished that. There are two people I know of in the US who are dead because of it (measles), one of them a child who trusted their parents to keep them safe. It's already spread to Canada, where hundreds are ill and many hospitalized.

RFK is certainly going to make it much worse by reinforcing the stupidity.
