That's it, exactly. After weeks of trying to get a (former) friend to agree that the killing of Tamir Rice was unjustified murder, he finally admitted that killing a child playing in a park was a bad thing.

The very next day he was back on his Back The Blue/Superpredators bullshit. It was flabbergasting.

I loved my Zune. The problem that gets overlooked (usually) is how terrible the software for transferring files was. It didn't follow any design conventions, was slow, fault intolerant, and didn't have half the features of other available media managers.

It might have had a chance despite being late to market but it was impenetrable for normal users.

Absolutely. The current copyright system is terrible but an AI replacement of creators is worse.

If they can just steal a creator's work, how do they suppose creators will be able to afford continuing to be creators?

Right. They think we have enough original works that the machines can just make any new creations.

😠

I don't really read so much as skim, skipping the filler words. So, what I read is "Did you notice second title post?"

I'm don't recommend reading this way because I miss important details frequently.

Every president that I can remember (starting with Reagan) should have been impeached and later prosecuted for war crimes.

Between 33% and 38% of Americans shouldn't be allowed to make decisions because they are incompetent or vile. That's how many have never wavered in their support of Trump.

But I am shocked here at the extra 12+% who aren't outraged by what's happening now. Is that the 11% of Libertarians? (https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2014/08/25/in-search-of-libertarians/)

Taking a magnesium supplement is the only thing I've personally found that makes my tinnitus more bearable.

You sound like Hillary Clinton talking about being pragmatic (while completely missing the point.) Like people who complain about protesters blocking roads because it inconveniences their commute. Maybe that's your intent or maybe you don't understand that civility can be a form of oppression?

I don't know the answer to this question: have we been in stagflation for the last 50 years? Because cropping data points is a great way to distort the picture, but I counted somewhere over 40 points before I lost the point.

When this happened it was pretty clear (to me, I was at least) that Delta didn't have an actual BCP. This is their CYA lawsuit and should be throw out - their negligence predates CloudStrike's incompetence.
