There's no point in trying to debate or reason with anti-AI trolls, most of them are neolibs or just regular libs anyway. If they weren't they wouldn't be barfing out the same tired ass talking points and using ad-hominem to attack logical rebuttals to their arguments.

Also blatantly lie about facts to push their own agenda, and insist or assert that they're actually true, hoping no one will seriously challenge them. Strawmen and ad-hominems are their favorite tactics to use in their debates. Someone should make a meme about this behavior and how it's mostly turbolib garbage.
It's against the rules to attack and brigade users and communities which allow GenAI, that's a dbzer0 instance rule which was voted on in [email protected], @[email protected] I don't think that ever got added to the sidebar, but it probably should be soon.
Hi, this post doesn't seem to be about europe or a European perspective, so I'm removing it, though feel free to repost it on [email protected]
Downvoting every post in a community is brigading. Telling someone that their "depends" will get wet in the shower because they are explaining something that depends on factors is trolling. You are a troll, and you are a brigader, you are not welcome on most of dbzer0. Moderators are not obligated to tolerate this type of behavior. As evident from the fact that you've just been banned from this community, for the same trolling you've always done.
[email protected] is a good one, I know the mod there and they've done great work in the past, and dbzer0 is a very nice instance.
Just can't stop vomiting your lib garbage in this leftist space?
Yup, totally not a troll, Can't think of any reason why this person would be considered a troll by others, nope, none whatsoever, totally doesn't have years of modlog history filled with incivility alongside their already prominent vote manipulation convictions. /S (obviously)
I see shit posts, I downvote. Maybe there’s a string of them in my fred and I wind up downvoting a few in a row, but that’s it. No bulk operations, no scheming.
See here's the thing. I don't believe you and I don't think anyone with two brain cells does either, every person engaged in vote manipulation tells the same story. Actions speak louder than words and your actions point to you maliciously downvoting large amounts of items in communities, or targeting specific users. It's useless to lie about this because mods can see votes on posts directly, there's literally a view votes button in Lemmy UI, and admins can view your Database contributions.
I have no reason to lie about this.
That's really funny because even if you're as dull as you seem even you know this is untrue. If one openly admitted to mass downvoting or worse, vote manipulation they would find themselves very swiftly banned, even on a skeptical instance who's admins give way too much courtesy. And you're a well known troll, which doesn't help your cause either.
Now please stop making shit up about me.
No, sorry. I'm not going to stop saying things you don't like, because they are true. The numbers speak for themselves, you can argue until you're blue in the face that they don't but we can literally see them, I've posted pictures of the Vote View UI showing all votes on a post, every mod on Lemmy can do this, every mod can catch you in the act. It's a bad time to be an abusive voter on Lemmy.
It's been happening so consistently in the AI communities I started I'm basically 100% certain it's mostly brigading. I did ban someone by mistake once or twice, though I haven't made the mistake that much. We're not at the stage where critical downvotes are a majority. It's 90% anti-AI brigaders right now.
Just for the record, let it be clear that I as a mod have the full ability to audit the votes cast here.
And the agency and toolset to take preventative and punitive action.
If you feel this is some form of activism or that you're making a difference, just know. You aren't. It takes 4 clicks to ban you, and legitimate voters will override your votes in a matter of hours or days. Our instance admins are more than happy to ban the most egregious trolls and brigaders, and should it get bad enough, are more than capable of arming a bot to ban no-content voters on sight.
Your comment wasn't removed for being criticism, it was removed for being reactionary. You've had it explained to you that this sentiment is considered reactionary here and thus isn't allowed. We don't allow other forms of liberal apologia either, even if they're framed as "criticism" or "just asking questions".
