The mechanics aren't always smooth for the first subscription to a community on an instance.

Unable to subscribe to this community from kbin. It comes up when searching lego on https://browse.feddit.de/, but doesn't show in the magazine list on kbin. in c/[email protected]

I followed that process and it worked. Thank you!!

I'd previously searched for [email protected] through the search box, but it never came up. When I did the url like the example with the search parameter it worked.

Kbin instances seem more isolated from each other than from Lemmy instances in c/[email protected]

Lego works, but that's a different community. This is legostorage

https://kbin.social/m/[email protected] gives a 404 error.
