This conversation was just had in another thread but you're far better off with pepper spray. Get a friend to zap you with the stun gun, then ask yourself a question. If I was intent on being violent, would this stop me or just piss me off? For me the answer is the latter, and I've been stun gunned, even cattle prodded, messing around being stupid when I was younger.

I couldn't handle living in NYC long term, but I did stay, mostly in Brooklyn, for four months. The subway is amazing. I will never drive in that city again if I can avoid it.

Reminds me of when Obama was giving speeches, he had his signature start stop style. It was because he was thinking before he spoke. Conservatives at the time claimed he sounded stupid because he didn't just word vomit his thinking immediately.

It's about having a conversation. Who knows, maybe a bunch of people that were confused on terms learned from this.

How sure are we that she was attacked because she was perceived as trans? This could be a simple mugging.

EDIT- nevermind I actually read the article, this was a hate crime

Yeah I've been hit by a few stun guns, but not the police kind. It hurts sure and it makes a scary noise, but if I were intent on violence they would not stop me.

You might be confused on the terms. Cis is the opposite of trans. You can be attracted to members of your same gender without being trans. It's much more common to be cis and homosexual than to be trans.

Sulfuric acid of course, gotta get in deep to get that water out. Don't be alarmed if some of the water becomes red.

I'm with you, but a million ain't enough anymore to retire.

I mean they will in a way. If we have reliable history books in the future they will surely teach about the oligarchs of the early 21st century, just like I learned about the Robber-Barons of US history.

If you buy really nice jeans, they will conform to your body over time and create a unique fade pattern. Some people are more into it than others. Washing them screws up this whole process.

Yeah, Tiananmen. After they were done killing nobody knows how many, they literally crushed up the bodies under tank treads and washed them into the sewers.
