Depends on the area. Some places even give small discounts for paying cash. Cash is king in NYC.

Yes, they said civilians advanced towards their line, but they were 1 kilometer away. They weren't remotely in any danger but just spraying people for fun I guess. Makes me feel sick typing it.
They save a good chuck on forcing the individuals to pay their own payroll taxes as well. I'm a contractor, my taxes are ridiculous.
