I'm also ADHD and BP. Currently on Depakote, Sertraline, Vraylar and Vyvanse. The right med combo is doing wonders for me. I hope you find yours.

Jurassic Park. The practical effects still hold up well and even the CGI is still passable.

Plus it's my favorite movie of all time.
