You say you want something to happen… The title of the article mentions the case moving forward. The first sentence of the article says

There is something happening. Did you not comprehend the title or read the article?
But individual workers are now free to decline to care for patients based on personal characteristics not explicitly prohibited by federal law.
An individual worker that denies treatment based on politics or marital status will become a target. Some of these veterans have very serious mental illness and will do violent things when they go off their meds.
There are already examples of veterans committing suicide in the parking lot of VA hospitals because they are denied proper care. In those examples there is no individual to blame so they feel lost and take their own life. If this is ever exercised and a veteran is denied care by an individual, that individual will be a ~~victim~~ valid target of a murder suicide. I guarantee it.
Better yet don’t block. Instead downvote every thing they post or comment.
According to their group it is perfectly acceptable to coordinate and upvote each other’s posts because they like each other’s content. They say it’s not vote manipulation.
If you say anything bad about them they will brigade you so best to just downvote and not comment.
So why, if almost everyone dislikes their content, are we not downvoting them?
There is a lot of vote manipulation going on throughout the fediverse. Most instance admins refuse to address the problem.
Other forum sites have entire teams of people dedicated to countering vote manipulation but here there is nobody. It will get worse until something is done about it.

You can visit all the websites without tracking if you use https://mullvad.net/en/browser. There are other options such extensions for Firefox but I think Mullvad browser offers even more protection.
I have lived in very poor places but never a place that was called the projects. We just called it the hood. I agree that there are very bad people in areas like that but you know they’re bad and act accordingly. In my experience though the vast majority are decent people. A few even being the kindest and most sincere people I have ever met.
I prefer the low income parts because, generally speaking, poor people are better humans than rich people.
