Welp, thanks. I just loss The Game.
Makeshift
In my case, playing multiplayer games inevitably means playing with multiple age groups. Knowing what people are saying is important. I'm sure parents also have good reason to keep up.
Especially when it's the difference between knowing when they're using innocent terms, versus when they're being little shits and think adults won't know.
I was told that skibidi is kind of like smurf (from the old catroon). Just replaces random words. Or even stand on its own to just say something. No specific meaning.
I try to keep up with the slang the best my old mind can. Some of them though I'm giving a pass for being rude or inappropriate. Like the recently common "sybau" (shut your bitch ass up).
I used to have long hair and was stubborn that I didn't want it cut.
I finally gave in to suggestions to try short hair.
Never going back to long. It is SO FREEING to spend 15 seconds brushing it, and a good portion of headaches are gone now that my head is lighter. No need to worry about bad hair days, it's fine ruffled and windblown.
Tyson.
Iirc, largest meat supplier. Which means they are a huge catalyst to the industry that literally profits on death and misery more than any other.
Their products are corpses, their human workers are in the industry with the highest rate of PTSD from their jobs, and by simply existing they’re helping create superviruses by fostering cramped sheds of half-dead animals that can barely move sleeping on their own shit and being kept alive just long enough to slaughter, using powerful antibiotics that will become useless a lot faster than if we used those antibiotics to protect humans instead of giving the perfect environment for viruses to adapt to and overcome them.
Fuck the whole animal agriculture industry, and extra fuck the biggest corps behind them.
I will make a conscious effort now that I know about this issue and also I'm just commenting because this post has that glorious Bottle of Water response and I want it in my comment history to find easier later.
