Yes, but you keep the game even if you cancal prime. As opposed to e.g. PlayStation Plus where you loose access to the free games when you cancel your subscription.
Doesn't Prime give away GoG games?
I don't think consoles do early access normally. Satisfactory only had its 1.0 recently, so it's not surprising it's not on consoles yet.

Steam does set the prices, in that they use their dominant position to force the best price always being on Steam, whether it's 5 bucks or 100. This is pretty well established in recent lawsuits
Source? All I can find is lawsuits about the 30% cut, none about forcing the same price on steam as elsewhere.
