What is the tax advantage of the holding LLCs? Is it some state tax thing? For US federal income tax purposes, assuming these were wholly owned, they would be disregarded entities.
Legislative heads are the speaker of the house and the senate majority leader. Kamala’s power is just to cast tie breaker votes in the senate.
While I agree that Biden effectively has highest legislative powers, it is not because of the veto power (which is subject to override by congress anyway). It is because he has de facto control over the administrative agencies, which is where most of our legislation really happens, and because he has the power to write executive orders.
I doubt you will get good advice from people in this thread, since this is a highly specialized field of law that will also differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. I would recommend you look into free legal aid organizations in your area, as they often having housing clinics and can provide advice on the applicable law, next steps, and legal filings.

From what I recall, referring to a group of people as “you guys” is a regional thing. I remember in that NY times dialect test that it was one of the questions that nailed me. That said, if I’m referring to group solely of women, it does seem odd, so I usually use party people or peeps in this situation. Using folks or y’all would get weird looks here.
