Hins. des Risikoprofils auf individueller Betrachtungsebene völlig richtig was du hier schreibst. Nichtsdestotrotz sollten wir m.E. auf strategisch-kollektiver Ebene dafür Sorge tragen, dass insb. im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Abhängigkeiten & Angriffspunkte gegenüber feindlich gesinnten Drittstaaten ("Feindstaaten" bitte nicht als terminus technicus i.S.d. UN-Charta verstehen!) möglichst vermieden und abgebaut werden - Russland und China sind hier nur die offensichtlichsten Beispiele imperial-nationalistisch-autokratischer Großmächte, deren Außenpolitiken mit unseren Interessen und Werten erkennbar kollidieren und denen gegenüber sich Deutschland / Europa daher nicht weiter exponieren sollte
... mit einigen Einschränkungen gilt das gleiche selbstverständlich auch bzgl der USA, falls du vor dem Hintergrund NSA mit "befreundete Staaten" hierauf hinaus wolltest...

To avoid unnecessary discussion, I would like to point out that I fully recognise the West's illegitimate and unethical interference in the second and third world in the past and present. But two wrongs do not make a right - every nation, power or entity is still subject to the same rules, norms and principles!
