You know... The investigation that his current Secretary of State performed already and found that Russia did try to interfere... But it only helped Trump. Rubio must be incompetent.. maybe that's why he tried to put a pedophile in that spot before him.

Alternative solution, block off the road to get ready for construction. Then realize it's nice not having that road there, and get rid of it. Money saved and it's nicer.
