I know somebody who used to assist an exorcist for the Catholic Church. This person is very close to me. They have told me stories that are undeniably supernatural.

I also had a coworker, a very honest and good man. He and his wife witnessed a hairbrush fly across their room and hit a wall after she voiced that she thought their home was haunted. That hairbrush is why they sold that house.

Both sources described incidents with multiple witnesses that defied physical explanations. I trust both sources.

From what I can tell, the location matters. Certain elements and rituals can trigger responses. Other than that, I don't know anything.

I am not saying other generative AI lack flaws, but Google's AI Overview is the most problematic generative AI implementation I have ever seen. It offends me that a company I used to trust continues to force this lie generator as a top result for the #1 search engine. And to what end? Just to have a misinformed populace over literally every subject!

OpenAI has issues as well, but ChatGPT is a much, much better search engine with far fewer hallucinations per answer. Releasing AI Overview while the competition is leagues ahead on the same front is asinine!

People shouldn't compare things to gatekeeping unless they can build a cast iron gate

Mexican is just as much a race as white is. As in, neither are real races. A real human race distinction would be sapiens vs florensis vs neanderthal vs denisovan. All humans today are at least 94% homo sapiens.

Healthy masculinity is understanding that many younger men look up to you, so you must be a role model for them. Manifest that in whatever way you believe is best, and you are a healthy masculine person. (This is just, like, my opinion)

I'd be ok with a federal minimum wage of $7.25/hr solely for prisoners, so long as the rest of us get $18. I also would be ok with prisoners having a right to stay in their cell and not work

New religions are founded every day. The issue is that they are either united by notions, which are squishy, or by a cult leader claiming divine inspiration. The squishy ones don't last long, or else get taken over by a cult leader.

If anyone would know how to pronounce it, it's a computer

In my personal journey, I came to be permanently skeptical of all organized religions. None of them are infallible, all of them are a cult to a degree. Here are some other beliefs I hold today:

1 - There might be something real behind exorcisms and hauntings, regardless of the validity of the religions who treat them. I base this on conversations I've held with witnesses I trust.

2 - I don't think there is only one higher power. Whether there are tiers, I cannot say.

3 - The evidence for reincarnation is fascinating. Check out the history of the university of Virginia and it's department dedicated to the supernatural.

4 - Some people can see/commune with the dead. Whether any can do it at will is another story. Most of the people I believe are private about it, most of those who sell the service seem phony.

5 - Although I don't believe in any religion, I was my best self when I did. Faith in a moral cause does wonders for the soul, regardless of factuality. Prayer, meditation, and ritual are good for the soul. Community is incredible.

Isn't this a tactic he's done countless times over the last several decades?
