Was the cannibal named Hannibal Lecter? Hannibal the Cannibal?

Musk definitely depends on government contracts for his companies. If Trump cancels those all his companies will take a big hit which in turn will take a big chunk off his net worth which is propped by shares in those companies. If his net worth substantially goes down he may run into issues getting credit which will affect him directly. Elon Musk uses his stock to take loans to fund his personal expenses among other things.

No he couldn't. Trump would cancel his government contracts. Musk already backed off pretty fast when he threatened to do that last time he ran his mouth. If he kept going then Trump would just deport him, he even has the pretext for it if he wants to use it.

The second most likely outcome is a fracturing of Trump’s opposition, further weakening their ability to impede him.

Why would MAGA follow Elon Musk? Better question. Who would even follow Elon Musk? He's hated by one side for being a literal Nazi and the other side for for going against Trump. I guess he still had his tech bro and crypto toadies but those people aren't really a reliable voter base.

Well of course they don't want to shut down their "humanitarian" foundation. What else are they going to use to bait Palestinians so they get gunned down?

Small government only when the conservatives institute Christianity in school, ban abortion and sexual education and rob their constituents of everything they have.

Big government when conservatives need to oppress minorities, fight wars in the Middle East and deport people.

Well of course. He's charismatic, young and he talks to the people he wants to represent. He's the antithesis of everything they are.

I had the same reaction. The US has two parties, a far right one and a center right one. There are some center left members in the Democratic Party but the rest of the party sure tries to smother them any chance they get.

Hey man, sometimes you need to take a break from doing what you love to go stab some slavers with bayonets.

Yeah I had to check the date. Didn't he already say the exact same thing before?

Well now they know they won't be safe unless they have an atomic bomb so of course they're gunning for it.

Netanyahu has been saying that Iran is getting close to the bomb for like more than 10 years now. Iran was willing to negotiate on their nuclear armament but Mr. Deal maker fucked that up too and now they feel cornered. And you know what they say about cornered animals.

Having public land is a socialist policy. Public land is owned in social ownership instead of being owned by private interests. It's the classic definition of socialism.

The poster is saying that conservatives actually like socialism, since they like public land but they hate socialists who are advocating for such socialist policies.
