Wenn du in der Lage bist einigermaßen zu Lügen: "Werde Umziehen, wegen günstigerer Miete, und die Anfahrt ist nicht mehr zumutbar" oder "Familienmitglied ist erkrankt und braucht meine Unterstützung".
Hört sich nicht so an als ob diese Leute bei standardmäßigen Ausreden aufhören nachzuhaken, der Grund muss Sinn ergeben und gleichzeitig keine weiteren Fragen mehr in den Raum stellen.

Whoever considers picky eating a problem can take it up with me, my friend is one, which simply means I get to eat the stuff she doesn't want to, and she can order something she might not like, knowing I will eat it anyways. It's a win win
I no longer actively watch news, helps immensely.
And I incidentally got involved in a small local community group recently, helps keeping me grounded by reminding me that local happenings are important too, and it also gives much quicker results when it comes to any kind of activism.
It was a mandatory internship, 12 weeks. I learned things, but most of all I learned that I sure as hell do not want to work there. International company with a start-up mentality.
Would be nice, I myself did an unpaid internship, and a year later I'm still trying to recoup the costs of it all. Monthly bus & train fair (~180€) + new clothes (because dress code) + food (university cafeteria is way cheaper) did get quite pricy.

Ich würde auch mal aufs Netzteil tippen, hatte mal die Situation dass nachdem das Netzteil kaputt gang, mir das Neue sofort nach dem Einbau abgeschmiert ist, warum? Weil das alte Netzteil das Motherboard mitgenommen hat, und das beim Einbau des neuen Netzteils, dieses direkt ebenfalls kaputt gemacht hat.
Also ich kann mal von der Hermes Spedition berichten:
Hatte mir ne neue Waschmaschine von Otto bestellt, und gleichzeitig Anschluss und Abholung Altgerät zugebucht. Am Telefon wurde mir von Otto versichert dass weil ich Anschluss des Neugerätes dazugebucht hatte, die Spediteure sich darum kümmern das Altgerät abzuschließen. Am Tag der Lieferung stellt sich dann heraus dass Otto da schön gelogen hat. Trotzdem haben die Herren meine Maschine abgeschlossen, und mitgenommen, trotz der Gefahr dass das Altwasser andere Möbel im LKW beschädigen könnte.
Periods are never properly explained in school, a lot of people simply get taught by their mother, or survive with what little knowledge the biology textbook holds about them.
I cannot blame someone for not knowing how awfully complicated they are, when school at most teaches about the ideal period, not even mentioning how much can affect them, or how awful they can be for some people.
Periods are awful to keep track of yourself, it's not a perfect, "every 4 weeks for 5 days" thing. Those apps actually recalculate the beginning and end of a period when something abnormal happens, like stress moving the period back a few days. This way you don't need to keep it in a personal calendar, which mind you, a lot of people don't even have.
Btw, most apps do also more than just regular tracking, they can predict how bad blood flow will be, and if your periods are known to be rather painful, they can keep track and remind you when a day comes on which you'd need to pack a few extra painkillers.
Info für die Leute die zu faul sind immer Knoblauch zu schneiden: In der TK gibt es vorgeschnitten rohen Knoblauch, funktioniert genauso gut wie frischer und man muss nicht mit den Knoblauchzehen kämpfen
