Looks great! Care to give a breakdown of what all is in it?

Thanks! No these were pre breaded frozen tenders from Aldi. I bake them longer than what the instructions say. Gets them extra crispy and with the gravy and mash potatoes there is no shortage of moisture. Weeknights we tend to do shortcuts to make for quicker meals. While they were baking I was able to make the garlic mashed potatoes.

Grilled pork chop, sweet corn, Dan-Os seasoned fried potatoes and onion.

A classic weekday breakfast. Love it

FIRE!

Breakfast fried rice. Bacon, peppers, onion, crispy tots(I didn't have hash browns), topped with chili oil fried eggs. Works well since we had everything we needed. Perfect leftover meal.

YUM. That looks amazing.

Been a couple months so gave it another try. This time extra spicy over white rice.

Served with some red beans and rice.

Had some sweet cream and mixed berry "jam" left over from the danishes I made so used it as toppings

Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, with spicy avocado spread.

That looks great! Is that top sort of like a pastry crust or a biscuit?

Thank you. Very happy with how it turned out.
