Do it. I think I have been to their shows once each tour in Germany for the last 15 years(if they actually had a tour, and not just a few festival gigs) ind regrett nothing :D
Check out rise against. Make it stop(September children) fits the lgbtq quite good, some(most) of them are straight edge (no drugs, no drinking), and definitely quite anti capitalist from different song. Also I love the band, so check it out :D

Ah yeah I wish you a lot of fun then. I just loved the atmosphere these games created. Similar to the metro series. You should be able to find a few good mods on moddb for graphics, bugfixes and just quality of live mods if you want to try it. Though I would recommend not using many gameplay mods if you haven't played the series before

Yeah also went to a protest in my town. 500 expected, the newspaper said around 3500 attendees. That's like 7-8% of the population on a Friday afternoon where lots of people were still working. So many good signs :D
