That sounds pretty good, not sure if you used it for navigation, but if you did how is that on the phone? Does it run hot or average temp?

I ended up with several blank dvds, i had no idea what i would to use them. Then i randomly decided to burn iso images to them for when i distro hop. Any older version i just threw out and replaced with newer version.

I pretty much grind for loot and get the cards that way. I can still get pretty far without putting in a dime. I like the voices of the cast returning to hear them in the game is super nice.

Uber and lyft do have web versions you can use to use the service, however app notification services and more detail stuff on the driver are not available like it is on the app versions.

For lyft: https://ride.lyft.com/

For uber: https://www.uber.com/us/en/ride/

As far as maps, i used this when i had ubuntu phone, it was pure maps running offline with osm scout server. I had to go on a browser to get the coordinates of where i wanted to go and input that on the puremaps. Its an extra step but once i saved the default locations it made it easier use.

Had a low end laptop, i believe it was lubuntu that i installed because i knew ubuntu was too bloated for that laptop. However I was not aware that it used snap and running firefox kick started the fans on that old laptop. Resouce hog seen and searching for firefox direct binary from apt seemed like a chore so i replaced with mint. Snaps automatically i did not want to deal with for old computers. Was happy with mints removal of snaps and it is very user friendly.

I like osmand because during several lanes it highlights the lane to go to. I noticed organic maps had something similar today when i tried it, though ill need to do more testing to see all the features.

I think organics maps has a a good clean ui. Improvement woukd definitley be compatibility when using the voice for navigation, a bit laggy but maybe ill need to adjust rhvoice. Also im seeing if it has the show the next turn on a small icon of some sort.

Osmand is good overall but it can get too cluttered real quick. Its been getting a bit slow but maybe some tweaks will help.

Also i have contributed to openstreetmaps especially toward small businesses to make it easier to find.

I dislike running, getting tired, hot and sweaty. However i love post workout feeling good, the moment its over for the day, the tension of my muslces after a workout, and a nice cold shower especially during summer heat. I also enjoy when i notice things have become easier after being consistent with my workouts, though i have to increase the difficulty its a nice fealing of progress. Sleep is getting better i just need my meals to be at a good direction to get the best out of myself.

How long have you had it? Have any cracks devoloped as time has passed with the keyboard case?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Sounds good,

I have a pinephone pro, while you can use use it touch. I recommend either the keyboard case(since it has a battery) or having a portable bluetooth keyboard of some sort. If configurartion is needed and there are issues with the onscreen keyboard(happens when i use certain apps like bitwarden) the keyboard helps ease that issue.

I still use stock manjaro plasma but if i jump i might go to sway/plasma arch/sway postmarket still checking put options though. I know i need waydroid to work so ill see what the doc support is on both.

Regarding best phone for post market os

https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Devices

Pinephone (not pro) seems to have the most support its on the main line.

Other than that under "community" & "phone" you would decide which phone in that list meets what you need and get peoples opinion on those specific phone with usage.

  • your selection on which direction to take via pinephone or android based on your needs and tollerances.

If you dont mind tinkering go pinephone however if you need it to work for various uses based on what you/friends/family use and compromises need to be done then go android.

Contribution can be bug reports, donations, assistance to other users ect. Anything is possible if you want.

I do where i can and its my choice; same with you, your choices are your own.
