As someone else mentioned, this replaces Lemmynade, so I have went and updated it. Thanks for pointing it out!

added! Thank you!
That's not exclusive to the OS. The Pixel 6 running Android 13 can install 32 bit apps, but the Pixel 7 running Android 13 cannot.
So there's a possibility that Android 14 will still allow 32 bit apps on all other devices other than the Pixel 7. Pixel 7 and onwards might be where Google forces out 32 bit apps, which personally isn't a huge deal, because every app I have is 64 bit.
Comment navigation with volume keys is 😙🤌
I am not seeing anything? Even on posts that have downvotes.
I downloaded it when I downloaded tinder. To this day I still use it to message my girlfriend. It's honestly the only way to super easily share photos/videos of something random.
Even with apps like Telegram, that have a built in camera function, it's still too many button clicks. Snapchat is 3. It opens to the photo view, so you tap the shutter button > select friends > send.
With something like Telegram, once you open the app you need to tap on the conversation > photo button > camera view > shutter button > send
Even though it's just 1 more button, it's buried, and is overall slower and more cumbersome.
Not to mention no one wants their chat app feeds to be filled with a ton of random shit, or you may send something a tad embarrassing that you don't want people to have a perfect history to look back on. YEs, screenshots exist, but that's something you have to actively partake in. My girlfriend isn't screenshotting my stupid selfies, but if I sent them through a different app she would have all the photos with no required input from her.
EDIT: also snapchat just makes a distinct noise. Yes, I could change the notification sound for Telegram, but then every message that came in would make some annoying sound. Snapchat makes a very distinct sound, so I don't miss the messages, but also "batches" them, so if someone is typing out a long message in chunks, my phone isn't just constantly beeping with every message sent.
I don't see "activity". Weird.
There's /c/WearOS on Lemmy.ml.
As for me, I am still waiting on the promised WearOS 3 on my TicWatch. Any day now.. annnny dayyyy..
Yea, the mobile community sends him death threats because the updates take longer to come out on mobile. He's been so beaten down by it, that he decided to not release Haunted Chocolatier on mobile.
Pretty much everyone has a phone, so I'd assume it's mostly children who don't understand development and think he just needs to push a button to release it to all platforms at once.
Your words are exactly why Notch, the creator of Minecraft sold Minecraft, and stopped all of his ongoing projects.
Also the reason Eric, developer of Stardew Valley, said his new game Haunted Chocolatier isn't coming to mobile, because the mobile community is so insanely toxic and entitled.
People suck.
The fact iOS users got dark mode ages ago, and Snapchat is not hiding the fact that it's a PAID feature on Android is ridiculous.
Not only paid, but requires a reoccurring subscription.
Must be nice. Reddit banned my 11 year old account a couple weeks ago lmao.
