Of course, it'd be far better if it was a permanent ban.

I recall there being controversy with one of the communities (I believe it was /c/AdorablePorn) where lemmy.ml (I think it was lemmy.ml) admins claimed that the entire point of the community is to promote content that looks like underage content/CSAM £child sexual abuse material) without actually being it. This was also around the time that CSAM spam was a network-wide issue that almost all lemmy servers were dealing with. The lemmy.ml staff demanded the banishment of that community, the lemmynsfw staff basically said "No, that's not the point of the community at all, that's idiotic" and lemmy.ml just elected to defederate.
This is correct. The ruling leaves it completely open to interpretation by the Supreme Court, regarding what constitutes an official act. The ruling was never a power gift to the presidency, it was a power grab by by the Supreme Court.

I've done a giant unified storage HQ before, but with 1.0, Depots kinda supersede that need. Although, in retrospect, I do wish I had done a much smaller central storage HQ, with just high-volume building materials. Stuff like concrete, quartz, steel, and all the belt materials. Stuff that I've been having trouble supplying only through only the depot. Hopefully that becomes less of an issue when I get the depot fully upgraded.
A rail-focused playthrough is still something I need to try, someday.

Interesting. The web UI doesn't give me that issue. It is HORRENDOUSLY slow, though. It periodically freezes for as much as minutes at a time.
It's actually only 4 or 5 meters in the logistics space, it just looks bigger because the factory floor is 1 foundation shorter in length than the logistics floor. I.E. the front foundation on the logistics floor will not have a ceiling, just the hanging catwalk above it.
I try to, when I have the time, but I don't sweat it if I don't, I just try to avoid forming too many opinions about the topic.
Also, a good chunk of the time I try, I get paywalled. Which I can usually bypass if I'm on PC, but that's not really feasible on mobile.
